Parent and Teen Coaching 

• Parents are needing to  find guidance and support and parental burnout is on the rise up to five million parents experience this each year. Our Parent Coaching sessions help parents to express the challenges they are facing with a nonjudgmental atmosphere.
  
• Often, when it comes to our teenagers, they need a safe place to navigate despite the efforts of loving parents, guardians, or school friends when going through a difficult situation.  Teen Coaching offers a safe place to begin understanding their triggers, fears, and anxieties, and guide them towards healthy coping skills. Parents are welcome to join a scheduled session when required to resolve conflict and learn healthy communication skills with one another.
  

Our appointments can occur in person, online, or over the phone, including one or both parents and (we encourage co-parenting sessions)
